I doubt it. EasyJet, to their great credit, show prices inclusive of taxes, charges etc. The tax they break out is (and always was) just the APD or equivalent. (Why doesn't everyone do this, I wonder? After all, I don't care about taxes, charges, fuel surcharges and similar nonsense. I care about how much it is going to cost me in total for the flight I want to book).
What the booking site have probably done is taken the EasyJet total fare and subtracted their assumed taxes from it. Thus you're probably paying the right amount.
