It does have AVOD. I do not know if it's branded as HBO or not.
Power 75W max. It's as reliable as any AC in-seat power installed in the mid 2000's. Which is to say it's not. Keep the battery out and cross your fingers. I personally like Empower DC on CO, but that's with Mac.
