Will be in LAS for Easter, looking for a nice brunch. Have heard good things about ENVY at the Renaissance. Bally's Sterling seems to have declined over the years and is getting ridiculously expensive, so it's out. Any thoughts?

Also, I'm looking for a nice restaurant offering tasting menus. I've been to Alize, Picasso, etc. The Mansion (Joel Robuchon) is out of the question as it's absurdly expensive.

Any recommendations for a kaiseki/omasake meal in Vegas?
