How can you find out the portion of tax charges to your flight?
I recently booked flights from Belfast to Barcelona through a promotions company.
I believe they have overcharged me for the taxes on the flight.
Searching for the flight prices on Kayak i found that the tax charge was £11.37.
The promotions company told me the taxes were £45.
They had tried to offer me Aer Lingus flights but the times didnt suit.
Funnily enough the Aer Lingus taxes were £48 so i think they may have tried to recoup the additional cost to them for booking Easyjet instead of Aer Lingus.
I have since contacted Easyjet to see if they can tell me but i haven't had a response.
Does anyone know if i could find this information out for myself?
