The bolding appears to be your (and a few like-minded individuals) opinion, and not one at this time held up by any major decision body in courts, or places other than blogs and the net. I can understand your feeling that you may believe you are quite possibly one of the few people who have acknowledged that the TSA is evil and the rest of us will finally catch on, but maybe you are wrong. And before you say it, I agree. I could be just as wrong. But for now, it's the law of the land, suck it up.
The difference is I am not really taking sides on the issue, primarily suggesting that maybe insulting front line TSOs by flipping them off while going through the WBI is a childish prank that doesn't get anybody any closer to answering questions posed in this thread, just holds up the line for the rest of us. It's like arguing on the internet.
