I'd pay the extra $25 up front for the non-stop and extra legroom that jetBlue offers over AirTran. At the $79 price point I'd be on WN. I do not think that jetBlue is going to match WN prices when they're released nor do I necessarily think that the WN prices are going to be so cheap this far out.
