Had to call numerous times over the last 5 days. Pick up times have been good, maybe a minute or so. Just tired of the recordings that baggage fees may apply...blah blah blah, chances are baggage fees are not going to apply to DM's. Service has been good, not Chisholm like but good. And what is with asking me for my name and DOB all this time. Isn't this in the profile???
