Hello,
I will be traveling on the route Frankfurt-Dubai-Jeddah and back. Flight on DXB-JED route which is on A380 is business class while the rest is economy. For my long stopover in DXB, I have already booked hotel in Terminal 3. Additionally, I can access Dubai CAA first class lounge using my Diners Club credit card. So I won't need a lounge access in Dubai.

MY question is, can I request the staff at check-in counter in FRA to grant me access to Emirates lounge at FRA instead of DXB? Will that work?
