I am almost finished with my fight against the Condo Association and their Attorneys. Due to my sister's failure to pay my father's half of the fees, I was served with papers. First it was the lien. I paid the back fees in full but FL statue says that the lawyers get paid first and then the Association.

Now I am in foreclosure over $4400. We have been going back and forth about settling this claim. I should know Monday if I have to pay $3200 or $2200.
