When I did my business account in August, I had to make a $425 payment in the very near future - so I took $500 cash out of my existing Chase account, used it to start the new one, and wrote a check that day from the packet of starter checks. The remaining $75 waited around till I got my debit card a couple weeks later for the required purchases. No cash flow issues at all!
