Yes, and (imo) even worse, not offering AVOD for coach passengers on such a long flight is increasingly hard to excuse unless your fares are considerably lower. Do CO and others offer AVOD in coach on xatl flights? I flew CO to LHR a couple years ago on a tiny 757, but I honestly can't recall if it had AVOD.
