Good to hear! This seems to be a very busy hotel with only king standard and club rooms available for Thursday - Sunday when I'll be there so I'm not too hopeful for an upgrade.
I've stayed lots of times at the Andaz previously so this time I wanted to try the Churchill, then I can say I stayed at all the Hyatts in England albeit only 3
