What class were you flying in and what, precisely, were the issues and problems that you experienced?

You have to understand that we get a lot of people on these boards who register, post one derogatory remark about an airline and then never post again. If you come up with the specifics then I’m sure you’ll enjoy a less ‘frosty’ reception.
