I've tried pho many times, but it never agrees with me. I can eat chinese noodles and japanese noodles no problem, but pho for some reason does not do it for me. Am I ordering the wrong kind? What is the best kind of pho to get? I don't like the "gamey" flavor of the meat that's in it.
