Once I was in the Nashville Crown Room and ordered an Old Fashioned. The bartender looked at me like I was from Mars. After going back and forth with him about how to make the drink (and learning they did not have any bitters...), I finally told him just to pour some bourbon in a glass and give it to me. This experience confirmed to me that there is no need to have bartenders in the clubs. That being said, I will tip for decent service (i.e. knowing how to make a standard drink that was featured in the in flight magazine that month...)
