TIPS= To Improve Personal Service. You do your job, you get paid by your employer. You go out of your way to provide service to me. Make me notice or feel special... I will tip you.

It is amazing that some fast food restaurants have a tip line on their credit card receipts now. I am sure there is some fool out there who will actually put a tip on there. Who gets that?.... the owner.
