What is happening here An Amex for $120.00 - I was solidly waiting for this card. I cancelled my SPG MBNA already - Still have my AMEX Airmiles card which is a minimal fee ( which I planned on cancelling) plus still have to carry a VISA obviously......now this. I can say I am not one of those people who stay a million nights a year etc., BUT when I do I always, always chose SPG properties. I was hooked .........These small things keep customers loyal and they start to irk the customer on a repeated basis. The many things that start to go are the 1. No drop in Categories this year ?? 2. Very rarely getting the PLAT benefits at the hotel unless asked for 3. ETC., and now this. What does a guy do ?? I hate starting to look now for a different guest program just for the inconvenience of it!!! I guess it would be silly not to ? What do you think? I'm scared to know what you think
