Costco still has the best 'Americanized' flat-crust style pizza around.
Had a piece of pepperoni yesterday in the Northridge, CA store, and the grease level was intolerable. Made Pizza Hut seem like health food.
It tasted OK, but was a real turn-off. My hands were tainted orange afterwards.

The new Dominos is an improvement, but still far from being equal to privately held pizzerias. If you order a pizza with provolone as a topping, it starts to approach tolerable.
