Sorry, I don't fly domestic routes that often. I notice that the original post was taling about a BOS-DFW. Would they normally give menus on a such a flight? Transcons and Hawaii I understand, but I do not recall being given menus for flights of that duration? Is it my memory, or perhaps they just did not have them?
