The taxi lines at LGA are hit or miss, it all depends on timing. There are times when i've seen it long as hell and not moving and then there are times you walk up and get in a cab.
Perhaps I've been lucky then. I've only had to wait over 30 minutes once.
. For the most part I've only had to wait five minutes or less. But then again, CO liked to put me into NYC 4+ hours late on a regular basis... so normally I was arriving past 11 pm.
