You should go for CO, they will probably award you Gold within a day.
UA will certainly offer you a challenge to fly 15000 miles on UA metal before they grant you Premier Exec for a full year.
CX may, actually, according to some FTers (there was one person, if i remember properly, having the same case as you). But....you have to securely prove that you're flying CX after moving to HKG (with a booking).
JoshThomas, IMHO, CX and OW is the best for your trips since CX can get you to most of your destinations nonstop whereas with *A and ST, not so easy. Also, CX treats it's own very well (lounge access/priority baggage already at Silver [lowest elite tier]) and far more op-ups than conservative SQ.
