I will also be in DPS near CNY...arriving on Feb 24 @ 1130. Looks like no concerns of JAL flights (just checked).

I went to the Bali Concierge site and it looks like it's $50 for the VIP package but they also offer the VOA for $25. Is it possible to just pay the $25 in advance via their website and forego the "VIP" experience/lounge access? I did a dummy run through their website with only the $25 VOA selected and it allowed me to go all the way to the credit card payment page.
