Each person with a card is a cardmember, this has been confirmed in
this post in response to
this question.
If that is the date chronology, unfortunately, it seems I won't be getting the 2 extra 5K bonuses.
I likely won't have much recourse, as the 2 additional transfers came from MR accounts that were neither mine nor connected to my BA household account.
