I don't know what you are talking about Mary2e, us FAs NEVER have a bad day!!

It is very true though that being nice, and even striking up a small conversation in many cases will get the world handed to you on a silver platter (and I don't just mean on a plane). If some people only understood how much farther they would get if they were only nice!
