Do you remember which options I want to do for the automated system so I dont have to interact with people? Is it the 800 number on the back of the card?

Just follow the prompts you won’t go wrong. For me it is the 800 on the back of the card, last 4 #’s of CC, zip code, then it gives me account information and final option 4 to notify of a large payment. Yours might (probably) be different.
