With 2 minutes to wait for a train, and maybe 2 minutes up and 2 minutes down, that gives a maximum of 15 mins. If transferring between low C and high D gates you probably have the longest Skylink ride. Using the bridge to walk is probably no more than 10 min between low low C and high D, so a good option if you are in a hurry, or like the exercise!

As I recall, the bridge is quite easy to find in D, but off a side passage in C, so if coming from C you have to look out for the signs (which are now a little better than they used to be). But from D to C it should not be a problem.
