not even a DVD player! You have this beautiful suite with a old, outdated, 32" t.v. set in the room. It looks weird.

At check out I was told they get complaints about this everyday, in fact another Diamond who was using his suite upgrade the night before me.. made a huge scene at the front desk and I guess he checked out.

All this over a TV? Seems a little pointless to check out of a hotel because of the TV. I'm using my last cert here mid-Feb. for a one night stay. I have no other stays between now and 2/28 so I might as well burn it.
