Me too. Very odd as I am not a doctor. As someone once said to me "you can call me anything you want, but don't ever call me late for dinner".
This has the potential to turn into a "what's your favourite colour?" thread.
Mind you, I remember being at school and some kid from another school being accosted by our PE master who was asking him to apologize for something:
PE Master: I expect an apology
Kid: Sorry, man
PE Master: DON'T CALL ME MAN !
Kid: Sorry, but you do look like one
