Its not fully in effect but I've polled a few SC staff members and basically what it amounts to is:
1. Domestic clubs will keep what they have been offering out longer but don't expect any actual new food items.
2. Intl/BE clubs will be more closely aligned with the domestic offerings so the trip to ATL E might not be worth it soon.
Based on the OP, this is right in line.... Kind of figured that there would not be any new offerings, but one can wish....
