I am glad to see many will not be renewing for varied reasons. I like the idea of less people in an already crowded place.

With less people in the lounge and less eating going on, it will feel more elite and better not to see the mess these classy folks leave behind on the chair, floor, and tables. I have seen the mess people leave behind and it is disgusting.

SC, if you are listening here's what many of us that visit the SC 80+ times a year want:

1. A nice clean place to sit and relax, away from the gates and stress
2. A place to have a drink, with decent selection of spirits, beer, wine, juices and soft drinks
3. Agents to help us with our travel needs
4. Wifi
5. Desk space to work if we have to catch up
6. Nice clean restrooms
7. Simple, healthy snacks that do not increase our girth!
8. Enforcement of the Quiet Zone. I don't use it nor does it bother me but as Tobi from Family Guy says: "Rules is Rules"

Here's what we don't want.
1. Outside food that pollutes the air with food smell and makes a mess of the place with people that do not believe it is their job to clean up after themselves.
2. Poor beverage choices -cheap booze is Verboten
3. Poor snack choices that are Unhealty or messy

Sorry guys, but food is not the reason I joined the SC. Now, if food is a huge deal to maintain those members that need it, then I suggest adding a selection of cold, pre-packaged choices, much like we would find at a 7-Eleven store or vending machine. Sandwiches, Saldas, fruit mixes, Yougurt, and fresh fruit.

Prepackaged foods would be a lot more sanitary than the spoon handles on the bar mix bowls or the loose cookies. I have seen people pick their nose as they walk to the counter and go straight for a cookie. Gross!
