I believe Global Entry has only been around for a few years, so it is possible that nobody has reached the renewal stage in their membership... However, it is possible that the program has been around for a longer period of time and I just don't remember...

I know that a program called INSPASS existed, but was canned in 2002 when INS merged with CBP..

Yes, all you have to do is go to a GE enrollment center or log on to GOES. There is a link that says "Update Documents" in the top left corner that should let you add that info...
