Like title says, going to take the little one to Orlando, but we want to stay at a hotel that has a nice pool

I know that if I wanted something very cool, I should have stayed at a Disney Resort, which we did last time, but now I want to take advantage of that free night award that we got, and then use the rest of the time with points.

Any suggestions?

I saw the Embassy Suites, which is nice because of the breakfast included, but then again, I am a Diamond, so not sure if it matters.
