Other offers have been through credit cards and hotel chains - Amex and Hilton have both done combined offers. Do note though that for some of them, you've actually had to fly VS to get sent the pack which contains the upgrades - you are shown on the system as silver, so get the perks, but don't get the other gubbins until you set foot onboard. I suppose that's another reason to do a lot of offers for it.
