My GE membership will expire the same day as my Sentri card. The process was extremely easy since it did not require me to go anywhere-- all was done through GOES. Membership in Nexus is also available through the GOES site for current Sentri holders for $50 USD.

For $179 you get 5 years of:

*Sentri access: “fast-pass” land access to the US when coming from Mexico
*Nexus access: “fast-pass” air/land/maritime access to/from Canada
*Global Entry: “fast-pass” access to the US when arriving from international location.
But at some time you had to have your fingerprints and passport entered into the system (from the other programs you are enrolled in.)
