As per aa.com, Q class intl fares within South America only get 25% of miles and 0.50 EQPs so I believe no different to DL (unless you are trying to qualify through points):

LIM-MEX is not within South America, so if a LAN Q fare on non-oneworld metal earns anything, it should earn 100%, according to the chart. I don't know what "Flight mileage may not accrue on flights operated by carriers other than oneworld carriers" (emphasis added) means for this flight. If you can get the answer you like in writing from AA, I'd go for it; in the more likely scenario that you can't, I'm not sure what I'd do.
