As per aa.com, Q class intl fares within South America only get 25% of miles and 0.50 EQPs so I believe no different to DL (unless you are trying to qualify through points):

In that same link you have provided it also says
mileage may not accrue on flights operated by carriers other than oneworld carriers.
Since the flight is operated by AM which is not a OW carrier I would say that the OP will not earn any AA miles .
