I just booked the HS Mont Tremblant since I was told that they are raising the category 5 to a 6, and making the points for a 6 nite stay from 150k - 180k using the VIP rewards. Stayed there past Christmas, great location if you like skiing; cost per room was ~ $350/nite.

Also, the HS Convention Center in Orlando is going up from 3 to 4; HS LBV is supposedly staying at a Category 5.

I can forget about Hiltons in Hawaii for quite a while!

Too bad all the Asian Conrads are going up to a 7. They are nice!
