I guess one should complain about free stuff but these tags are not even close to as nice as the metal ones given out a few year ago. They don't really give a very exclusive impression, my wife wondered if they were from some kind of low cost charter company....
However I used the metal chains to replace some of my worn out leather straps for other luggage tags but after reading some of the comments here I am wondering if I maybe should change back again and throw away the chains as well.
