I'm in the same boat - when I applied on Sun night, I put the coupon code in and it displayed the details of the promotion throughout the applicaton process, but then upon submitting the app it had a blank space next to the 'Your coupon reward(s)' entry on the confirmation page and the email confirmation. She sounded like she knew what she was doing though, and she took down the details of the promotion as well as my contact info, so hopefully I'll get a positive response.
Also, during the application process I was never asked for my OP number, but about a day or so after the account showed up online it was somehow there. Not really sure how they knew, since I've never had any Chase CO cards before....maybe they looked it up in COs database?
Glad to hear your experience was slightly better than mine. I don't see my OP number in my online Chase account.
