I will be on a project in the Plano area for the next few months and I'm debating which hotels to stay with across the chains I have status with (Marriott and Starwood).

From what I can see, there are 3 viable options for SPG in the Plano area -- Sheraton Stonebriar, Westin Stonebriar, and Aloft Plano. One of the main criterion I am considering when making a decision is if there is some form of free breakfast. From what I can tell, the Westin does not have a club lounge but does appear to be very generous with suite upgrades. Do they offer comp. breakfast to Plats? It looks like the Sheraton does have a lounge, albeit with a rather dismal selection based on other posts here. Is this still the case? And I've never stayed at an Aloft, but to the best of my understanding they don't have lounges or free breakfast, correct?

Just as FYI: for this week I'm staying at the Marriott Addison Quorum because our usual hotel, the Marriott Legacy, is booked out for a conference. I've been told by my team to give the Marriott Legacy a try because it's quite nice, so I may give that one a shot next week before possibly switching over to one of these SPG properties.
