I would suggest emailing, not calling. Keep in mind the time difference, but if they don't respond within a day or two, email again. When I was emailing them their responsiveness was a bit spotty.
The reason I suggest emailing is so that you have written proof (and make sure to print that email and bring it with you just in case). When we stayed we had an issue with being charged for something that we had been told (verbally) that we would not be. It was a minor issue but did annoy us somewhat.
