There are several posts on this thread and/or others that indicate more than 5 fundings is possible. There doesn't appear to be a magic formula, but rather more of a YMMV. It may have been something that was more likely to happen in the distant past rather than recent past. Pure speculation on my part, but perhaps spreading the requests out over many months may increase the chances of getting more than 5. It would seem to me hitting Citi hard and often would raise some red flags.
