Shillard, I disagree. I do not choose to do business with TSA. No alternatives are available. Dealing with them is not optional. We are not customers of TSA. Government is not a business. It doesn't operate for profit. It doesn't compete.

If we must apply business metaphors, then we taxpayers are TSA's employer. We're the boss. Via our elected representatives, we created TSA. We've delegated responsibilities to them, but we're in charge. They work for us.
