I figure wait 6 months do the 5 Debit charges per month (the gas station people dont think putting in $1 is funny or even less then that). then simply close it up. The Debit card fee isnt prorated so you wont get any of it back, for unused months
I think the point being, that I already have the miles in my Onepass account but have not yet had my first statement issue or even been charged the annual fee so if I am understanding correctly I might be able to convert the accounts to non annual fee accounts BEFORE the FIRST annual fee is billed and therefore pay $0 for the entire deal.
