If my baggage woes weren't enough (detailed in another thread), I just found out looking at my CC statement, that I was overcharged for E+ on my Christmas LAX-SFO flights. 12/23 LAX-SFO, and 12/26 SFO-LAX.
Since I had 3 pax on the same pnr, we had to purchase E+ for one pax in order to sit together in E+. .bomb correctly stated that we were entitled to 2 pax in E+ free and only had to pay $14 for 1 pax each way. The CC receipt after the E+ purchase on .bomb clearly showed only a $14 charge. Unfortunately I do not have a print of that receipt page.
My CC statement shows 2 charges of $42, so it seems that they charged $14 per passenger instead of $14 for 1 passenger like .bomb said. I've already emailed 1PVoice but no response yet I presume due to the holiday. What are my chances of getting a refund for the excess charges? I would never have paid $42 to sit in E+ for such a short route, but didn't mind paying $14.
