With the way we are attacked on here, why ask about being antagonistic?
this sums it up tsa attitude in a nutshell. imperiously inconvenience and harass the customer then use their normal reaction to justify escalated harassment. it shows. the attitude it the only consistency. if you don't like working with customers get another job. i am not backing down.
