I had an issue at LGA a while ago, and was told that I was to receive a choice of options with a credit, or choice of miles..I then proceeded to go on an international trip, and didn't watch my email that closely. I know I got the mail with the choices, but for the life of me, I cannot find this email now. Does anyone know what email address these are/were coming from, or what the subject lines are/were in them so I can find them? I have ALL my email archived, but they didn't come from ual.com or anything I can find with hours of searching. Can anyone help me with some field where I can search for this email?
