This weekend my wife and I missed our connection & ended up having to spend the night in IAD to catch a flight the next day. While rebooking the CSR said she would send some compensation & that I would receive an email - but if that did not happen I should look on .bomb (she mentioned where but as it was a bit hectic at the gate with my wife, the GA and the CSR talking to me at the same time I was not really paying attention to the CSR). Any idea where I would look for this on .bomb as I have not recieved an email.
