There's general security for everyone and then additional gate security for US flights. I'd expect that the general security will be per usual (the exit migration line takes a lot longer than the security) but that the at-gate security will be more thorough.

The airport really isn't designed for having the US flights in a certain penned area.

846 left early last night, and I'd imagine some sort of extra procedures were already in effect (but I wasn't there). I believe there was another FTer on that flight.

Enjoy your trip. I'm really glad I'm not flying a US carrier home on my next trip - I will have some inconvenience, with apologies. I fear your flight will have crew screaming at you all like third graders.
