The companies I was planning on negotiating with in person about activities were severely under-represented at a recent Christmas party I attended (i.e. no one showed up). vysean has some potential dates in mind, and if I can get an idea from these companies about which set works better, hopefully we can get things committed by earlyish next week, maybe...?

If they don't reply, then maybe we'll just pick the dates and run with it, and if these activities don't work out, then we'll just do the ones we can't do this time next year.
